Not getting our emails?

Players at MyCScasino.eu know that we send out promotions, updates, events, and important banking information by email.
 
Internet service providers install powerful anti-spam filters to ensure that their customers only get the emails they want to receive. In the process, even legitimate mails can sometimes get blocked. This could be why you are not receiving important emails from us!
 
 

Updating your subscription

 
There are a few things you can do to ensure that you receive our mailers.
  1. Follow the simple instructions for each service provider (listed below) to add us to your safe list.
  2. Contact our support team to ensure that you are subscribed to receive our emails.
  3. Make sure your complete address is updated
 

Instructions

 
We have prepared step-by-step instructions for the following mail services/clients. If you use an e-mail service or client that we haven't provided instructions for, contact our Customer Support Staff anytime for help.
 
 

Gmail 

  1. Login to Gmail, click on the gear icon and select "Settings":
  2. Select "Filters and blocked addresses"
  3. Scroll past all your existing filters and select "Create a new filter"
  4. Add the email address cs@mycasinosupport.eu and info@e.planetbonusclub.eu to the "From" field. 
  5. Check the "Never send to spam" box and click "Create Filter". The email address will now be whitelisted!

 

Yahoo Mail

  1. Sign into your Yahoo! email account.
  2. Click on the "Contacts" tab
  3. Click on "Add a new contact" and the action will open the contact form
  4. Paste or type cs@mycasinosupport.eu and info@e.planetbonusclub.eu in the 'Email' field.
  5. Then click "Save"

 

Outlook Live (Hotmail)

  1. Sign in to your Outlook Live email account
  2. Click on options, Select "View all outlook settings"
  3. Select "Junk email" in the left pane
  4. Select the "Safe Senders" tab
  5. Click on "Add"
  6. Enter cs@mycasinosupport.eu and info@e.planetbonusclub.eu and then click "OK"
